Reba M. Wingfield, Reba M. Wingfield received a B.B.A degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1991 and went on to receive a J.D. degree from the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1994. During law school, Ms. Wingfield began working as a law clerk for Neil Deininger, P.A., where she worked primarily in the area of tax law.   After graduation from law school, she joined Neil Deininger, P.A., as an associate and in 1998, she became a partner in the law firm of Deininger & Wingfield, P.A.   Ms. Wingfield has practiced extensively in the areas of bankruptcy with tax issues, business and estate planning, probate, and tax controversy.   She has written and co-authored several papers and presentations for the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Arkansas Bar Association.   She was most recently published in the August 2010, Journal of Accountancy as a co-author on the article "Discharging Taxes in Bankruptcy." |
