Neil Deininger,
Attorney at Law and Certified Public Accountant

Founder of Deininger & Wingfield, P.A.   Neil began representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service in 1979 as a Certified Public Accountant.   Neil has been practicing tax law in Central Arkansas since his graduation from UALR School of Law in 1983.   In 1987, Neil started a solo practice emphasizing tax disputes and collection matters.   He has handled Internal Revenue Service problems for over twenty-three years.   Neil has taught numerous courses on tax collection matters to attorneys, accountants, and law students, and has authored articles in his areas of expertise.

Neil Deininger was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1983, and is licensed to practice before the Arkansas Courts; the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; the United States Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit; the United States Tax Court; and the United States Supreme Court.
